Project Experience
ONLINE TRAINING AND WEBINARS:
EnDyna develops engaging and innovative programming and learning material on EJ and Civil Rights.
EnDyna developed and managed more than 40 hours of webinars and over 80 hours of self-paced eLearning courses per year in support of the FMCSA NTC. EnDyna also developed a variety of online/self-paced technical training modules for FMCSA.
EnDyna developed a self-paced online training module to train compliance officers on how to develop and maintain their Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans.
EnDyna developed and delivered over 30 online training sessions for ECOS/ITRC, which covered highly technical information.
EnDyna provided strategic development, implementation, evaluation, and management of a comprehensive Infrastructure Security Compliance Training program to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of personnel training to DHS headquarters.
IN-PERSON TRAINING
EnDyna annually developed over 240 hours of in-person training for FMCSA NTC. EnDyna managed and coordinated approximately 350 in-person training courses per year, across the 50 states, for the NTC. Setup assistance, registration, and troubleshooting support were also provided on all in-person courses delivered for FMCSA.
EnDyna provided customized experiential in-person training to future DOW leaders and managers. Using a “flipped classroom” approach to training delivery, EnDyna developed online-friendly materials and ‘read-aheads’ so that live classroom time was dedicated to innovative exercises, lively discussions, and guest speakers. EnDyna’s logistics specialist worked with DCPAS personnel to plan and make all necessary arrangements, including coordinating domestic and international venue selection, travel, lodging, and ground transportation for facilitators and students.
EnDyna coordinates and manages the Occupational Safety and Health Branch (OSHB) training program, consisting of a library of safety training courses, which are delivered as online modules, in-person classes, or live/simulation exercises.
TRAINING EVALUATION AND IMPROVEMENT:
upon contract initiation, EnDyna conducted a full-scope analysis of all processes at the FMCSA National Training Center (NTC) to redesign and reengineer those into formal SOPs, which are still in use today. EnDyna used its processes and organizational redesign support services – including employee surveys and redesigned filing systems – to transform the NTC from the ground up.
EnDyna supported the BSEE’s Offshore Training Branch (OTB) in managing course evaluations and trend analyses for its robust in-person and online training program.
EnDyna supported the training objectives and needs of the VA Veteran Health Administration’s Employee Education System (VHA/EES) by authoring tools that streamline training design and development. This project streamlined implementation of eLearning and mobile learning (m-Learning) on Veteran Administration Learning Management System (VA LMS) and other systems.
TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY COORDINATION
EnDyna registered over 15,000 students and managed hundreds of instructors in the delivery of over 350 in-person classes in all 50 states each year.
EnDyna supports the BSEE’s Offshore Training Branch (OTB) in managing its training courses and evaluations that enhance the qualifications and capabilities of inspectors and engineers to enforce compliance with environmental laws and regulations, promote safety, and encourage proper stewardship and conservation of our nation’s offshore resources.
