Project Experience
On-site at Ft. Detrick, Maryland, EnDyna's public affairs, communications, and design team supports the TATRC lab by developing, organizing, and managing various materials across multiple platforms. Their responsibilities include:
- Developing and disseminating information and research results across multimedia, print, and social media
- Organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and briefings
- Managing VIP visits and coordinating with the USAMRDC Command PAO for events, briefings, and publications

EnDyna provided technical emergency and outreach support for developing, revising, and updating occupational safety and health information. This assistance helped compliance officers with hazard recognition, evaluation, and control across various hazardous conditions, including mechanical, biological, chemical, natural, environmental, radiological, and physical hazards. EnDyna's services included:
- Enhancing the OSHA website's content to ensure it delivers current safety and health information
- Developing and implementing specialized training for targeted audiences
- Supporting industry-specific safety and health initiatives, including outreach and emphasis programs
- Offering technical assistance during national emergencies or disaster response and recovery operations
This support ensured that up-to-date and relevant safety and health resources were available to all users.



EnDyna supported the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary, with comprehensive event planning and coordination for the Departmental Work-life and Special Programs Office. This involved both on-site and off-site support for managing various events throughout the year. EnDyna handled all aspects of event preparation, including:

EnDyna holds a prime contract to deliver administrative, logistics, and comprehensive event management support for the EPA SAB. Our services include managing travel itineraries and authorizations, pre-meeting logistics, and on-site support. We provide full conference support for both established and ad-hoc boards focused on science, technology, and regulatory policies, addressing emerging scientific issues. Our staff collaborates closely with the project officer to handle tasks such as negotiating hotel and meeting space, arranging meals and refreshments, managing registration, securing AV equipment, and printing meeting materials (e.g., name badges, tents, agendas, and event signs). We also support the designated federal officer by providing final meeting literature and staying updated on board member attendance, event timing, and needs. EnDyna maintains close communication with hotel and facility staff to address any issues and ensure smooth operation of SAB meetings, which span two to four days and often require on-site support. Post-event, we manage all requirements, including compiling forms and handouts, mailing information packages to members, and handling other post-meeting tasks.
EnDyna was awarded a Prime position on the NIHCATS III contract, providing a range of services including travel support, meeting and conference support, documentation support, administrative support, and website design, development, and maintenance. Our services cover logistical support for meetings, both domestic and international travel arrangements, and press conferences including media recruitment and materials development. We also handle webinars, conference calls, and produce various communications materials such as factsheets, news articles, and educational content. Additional services include writing and editing publications like strategic plans, congressional reports, and newsletters, as well as developing and maintaining websites for registration, abstract submission, and educational purposes. We design and manage databases for research tools, inventory, and attendee tracking. Our support extends to designing meeting materials, webcasting events, and providing technical assistance through consultants, program analysts, and site visits. EnDyna also manages warehousing and fulfillment of publication requests and produces videos for scientific dissemination.
