EnDyna served as one of only a few small business prime contractors supporting the US Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Training Center (NTC). The company designed, delivered, and evaluated training for federal and state safety inspectors nationwide, ensuring consistent application of motor carrier safety standards. EnDyna provided full instructional design services, course modernization, and 508-compliant eLearning products—integrating advanced instructional technologies that enhanced engagement, retention, and field readiness.
As a prime contractor under NIHCATS III and IV, EnDyna delivers high-quality conference, meeting, and program support services across NIH and HHS. Our team manages end-to-end logistics, technical assistance, scientific meeting coordination, and compliant communications rated quality systems to ensure seamless execution, accountability, and exceptional customer experience.
Under the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) within the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), EnDyna supported the Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) and Defense Civilian Emerging Leader Program (DCELP). These initiatives strengthened DoD’s civilian workforce by developing leadership competencies and fostering collaboration between military and civilian participants. EnDyna managed program logistics, communications, and training coordination to ensure seamless execution of multi-site sessions, helping the Department deliver meaningful professional development experiences aligned with its leadership mission.
