As a prime contractor under the EPA’s Community Change Technical Assistance (CCTA) Program, EnDyna led nationwide efforts to assist disadvantaged and tribal communities in accessing and managing Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) funding. The team provided environmental and technical support across all ten EPA regions, helping more than 2,500 communities with grant readiness, project implementation, and compliance with Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements. EnDyna integrated geospatial tools, data tracking systems, and AI-based analytics to identify community needs and measure outcomes—ensuring equitable, data-driven, and sustainable program delivery.

For over a decade, EnDyna supported EPA’s Radiation Protection Division in revising the Protective Action Guides (PAG) Manual. The team managed interagency reviews, integrated over 2,200 technical comments, ensured readability, and published the updated manual for national use.

EnDyna provided literature reviews, peer review management, data support, and conference logistics for NCEE. Our work advanced environmental economics research and stakeholder engagement through workshops and technical analyses

EnDyna facilitates scientific peer reviews and manages logistics for EPA’s Scientific Advisory Board and related committees. We coordinate external reviewers, ensure conflict-of-interest compliance, and prepare reports for final publication.

Under this prime contract, EnDyna provides comprehensive environmental services for evaluating and assessing NIH’s Environmental, Occupational, Safety, and Health Programs. This includes identifying federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, summarizing them into checklists, pinpointing deficiencies, and prioritizing corrective actions. We also manage record-keeping, report development, and develop tracking tools. EnDyna coordinates with NIH personnel to resolve issues and provide recommendations, engaging with regulatory agencies as needed. Our independent Environmental Compliance and Management System (EMS) auditing and consulting services for NIH locations in MD, NC, MT and NC. Additionally, EnDyna reviews and updates Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCFRP) to meet regulatory requirements. EnDyna also developed a web-based application audit tool, EnDyna-RegC, which is used to track progress in compliance and implementation of the CAP. We also provide training support, including developing computer-based environmental compliance training.

EnDyna was awarded a Prime position on the NIHCATS III contract, providing a range of services including Travel Support, Meeting and Conference Support, Documentation Support, Administrative Support, and Website Design, Development, and Maintenance. Our services cover logistical support for meetings, both domestic and international travel arrangements, and press conferences including media recruitment and materials development. We also handle webinars, conference calls, and produce various communications materials such as factsheets, news articles, and educational content. Additional services include writing and editing publications like strategic plans, congressional reports, and newsletters, as well as developing and maintaining websites for registration, abstract submission, and educational purposes. We design and manage databases for research tools, inventory, and attendee tracking. Our support extends to designing meeting materials, webcasting events, and providing technical assistance through consultants, program analysts, and site visits. EnDyna also manages warehousing and fulfillment of publication requests and produces videos for scientific dissemination.

EnDyna holds a prime contract to deliver administrative, logistics, and comprehensive event management support for the EPA SAB. Our services include managing travel itineraries and authorizations, pre-meeting logistics, and on-site support. We provide full conference support for both established and ad-hoc boards focused on science, technology, and regulatory policies, addressing emerging scientific issues. Our staff collaborates closely with the project officer to handle tasks such as negotiating hotel and meeting space, arranging meals and refreshments, managing registration, securing AV equipment, and printing meeting materials (e.g., name badges, tents, agendas, and event signs). We also support the designated Federal officer by providing final meeting literature and staying updated on board member attendance, event timing, and needs. EnDyna maintains close communication with hotel and facility staff to address any issues and ensure smooth operation of SAB meetings, which span two to four days and often require on-site support. Post-event, we manage all requirements, including compiling forms and handouts, mailing information packages to members, and handling other post-meeting tasks.

NEJAC and WHEJAC are conducting advisory meetings to identify, assist, and develop recommendations for the EPA, the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), and the White House Interagency Council on climate change, economic issues, energy, air pollution, and the integration of environmental justice with other EPA priorities and initiatives. EnDyna supports these virtual and in-person meetings by providing planning and logistics, materials development (name tags, presentation folders), graphic design (posters), lodging and travel arrangements, and IT/web-based support for registration and dissemination.

BSEE is dedicated to enhancing safety, protecting the environment, and conserving offshore resources through rigorous regulatory oversight and enforcement. Under this 5-year BPA, EnDyna manages and facilitates peer reviews for significant scientific assessments. Our comprehensive peer review process evaluates research information and associated documents planned for dissemination by BSEE, covering all aspects from hypothesis development and modelling to data collection, analysis, and conclusions.

EnDyna held a prime contract to assist HHS in meeting federal requirements under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Executive Order (EO) 13514. Our services included:

Reviewing and revising departmental NEPA compliance procedures, including categorical exclusions.

• Revising internal NEPA reporting and auditing processes.
• Managing annual reporting on energy consumption, water use, renewable energy, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
• Providing conservation and sustainability training and seminars.
• Handling communications and outreach.
• Coordinating complex sustainability programs.
• Promoting large-scale energy and water conservation projects.
• Supporting UESC and ESPC contracts for energy and water projects.

Additionally, EnDyna provided technical support for the HHS Green Champions initiative by developing performance metrics for an OPDIV recycling program, analyzing and reviewing data, and preparing award applications to recognize achievements.

EnDyna organized a training event for the SADA and ARAMS™ tools to raise awareness of these and other risk assessment resources. The Risk Assessment Resources Team also prepared a white paper detailing the findings from their review and offering recommendations for enhancing the ARAMS™ tool. SADA is a free software solution that integrates various environmental assessment tools into a cohesive problem-solving environment.

As a subcontractor, EnDyna conducts peer reviews of economic and technical analyses, models, and articles for OTAQ. Our services include coordinating the peer review process and selecting qualified reviewers in accordance with the US EPA’s "Peer Review Handbook, 3rd Edition (or later)." We ensure that reviews are performed by independent experts with equivalent technical expertise to those who conducted the original work. EnDyna guarantees that all activities are technically sound, competently executed, properly documented, and comply with established technical and quality standards.

As a subcontractor, EnDyna supports several National Response Team (NRT) committees, including the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Subcommittee's Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Workgroups. We assist with weekly and monthly teleconferences to develop Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) on WMD. Our responsibilities include summarizing workgroup discussions and action items, coordinating communications, tracking action item completion, developing and distributing QRGs, and managing WMD Subcommittee sections on the NRT’s web portal. EnDyna also ensures that QRGs are updated periodically with new data to provide FOSCs and state and local responders with the most current information for effective emergency response.

BSEE is committed to enhancing safety, protecting the environment, and conserving offshore resources through robust regulatory oversight and enforcement. Under this 5-year BPA, EnDyna manages and facilitates peer reviews of critical scientific assessments. We offer a thorough peer review process that includes evaluating hypothesis development, modelling, data collection and analysis, and drawing conclusions, ensuring that research information and documents prepared for BSEE dissemination meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

EnDyna supported NCEE with literature and document reviews, document preparation, peer review, data acquisition and database management, logistical support for conferences and meetings, outreach, and training development. We managed concurrent sessions, exhibits, and related events for the 2008 and 2009 Community Action for a Renewed Environment (CARE) National Training Workshops, focusing on innovative approaches for communities to organize and reduce local pollution. Additionally, EnDyna provided full-service conference support for the 2008 North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Technical Working Group (TWG) on Pesticides, attended by government representatives and pesticide experts from the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

As a subcontractor, EnDyna managed independent, external peer reviews for EPA/ORD STAR Fellowship applications focused on Green Engineering/Building/Chemical Products and Processes/Materials Development, and Green Energy/Natural Resources Production and Use. Reviewers assessed each application for scientific and technical merit, research methodology, and the applicant's potential for success in environmental graduate studies. Responsibilities included:

• Selecting qualified external reviewers (scientists, engineers, social scientists, economists) with relevant expertise.
• Identifying and documenting conflicts of interest.
• Reviewing peer evaluations for quality control.
• Coordinating face-to-face meetings with reviewers.
• Summarizing and reporting the results of review meetings.
• Conducting follow-up reviews for applications needing additional analysis.

We also managed travel arrangements, reimbursements, and honoraria for reviewers, ensuring a smooth and effective review process.

Under our five-year prime contract, EnDyna provides comprehensive green meeting and conference logistics and administrative support for FACA meetings. Topics covered include Common Effects Assessment Methodology (Office of Pesticide Programs and Office of Water), Methods for Efficacy Testing of Bed Bug Pesticide Products, Scientific Issues Concerning Health Effects of Chlorpyrifos, and Problem Formulation for the Reassessment of Ecological Risks from Atrazine. We also facilitate peer review meetings for scientific methodologies and documents, such as the nanotechnology risk assessment working group and its associated report in June 2013.

For ten years, EnDyna has supported the EPA in updating the Protective Action Guides (PAG) and Planning Guidance for Radiological Incidents (PAG Manual), originally issued in 1992. Our work included revising the draft format (tables, chapters, appendices, table of contents), adding and ensuring the functionality of URLs and links, converting units from customary to SI, and improving readability and consistency. We addressed peer review comments, integrated inter-chapter relationships, and prepared camera-ready copies for the EPA-ORIA website. The project scope expanded to include developing new material, cataloguing references, and reconstructing the draft from the original 1992 version. EnDyna converted the document into an editable format and released a draft for interagency review in 2006, addressing over 2,200 comments from various stakeholders. A second draft was released in April 2009 for final review. Recently, EnDyna reviewed the March 2013 Interim Draft, recommending improvements to organization and readability, and developed FAQs to help officials understand radiological incident phases and protective actions. We worked closely with RPD to address comments and support the publication of the updated guidance document.

EnDyna assists the Office of Extramural Programs (OEP) in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of its strategic initiatives. This includes evaluating the training programs provided by the Extramural Staff Training Office (ESTO), which serves NIH Extramural Scientist Staff who manage grants and contracts. EnDyna assesses the competencies and skills gained from these trainings, evaluates their relevance and benefits, and gathers input from managers on training needs. Additionally, we measure extramural staff perceptions of how OEP training impacts productivity.
