Dr. Smita Siddhanti founded EnDyna following a successful 15-year career with leading consulting firms. A nationally recognized expert in risk assessment and management, Dr. Siddhanti has supported the US Environmental Protection Agency’s radiation, waste management, Superfund, drinking water, and pesticide programs. She has also worked extensively with the states, other federal agencies, and multilateral organizations to develop regulations, policy, guidance, market-based approaches to environmental protection, and training. Dr. Siddhanti authored the book, Multiple Perspectives on Risk and Regulation: The Case of Deliberate Release of Genetically Engineered Organisms into the Environment, published in 1991. She has served on the Virginia Governor’s Air Quality Board. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy, an M.S. in Technology Policy, and a B.S. in Biology and Physiology.
Mr. Ashok Siddhanti is a management consultant with engineering background brings over 22 years of experience with private sector and past seven (7) years working with Federal clients holding senior positions in management consulting and government contracting. Starting as a consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Ashok went on to hold vice president positions at Mercer Management and A.T. Kearney, where he managed large contracts with fortune 100 companies. It is through his private sector experience that he weaves industry best practices into solutions offered to EnDyna’s Federal Government customers. As CEO, he has transformed EnDyna into an organization providing innovative, efficient solutions to Government needs. Ashok has been the corporate oversight officer managing several EnDyna’s prime contracts in training and human capital – including those with DoD, DHS-HQ, FEMA, DOT/Federal Motor Carrier Vehicle Administration (FMCSA), and the multiple-award IDIQ contract with DOT-Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and with GSA. He brings the private sector experience and best practices to leverage developing workforce efficiency and effectiveness through training and human capital support to government agencies.
Ms. Georgia Anagnostopoulos is a results-driven and accomplished communications specialist with a diverse background in digital marketing, strategic communications, business development and graphic design. As a Communications Specialist, she is currently supporting EnDyna’s multiple technical support and stakeholder engagement programs at the EPA (Office of the Administrator, Office of Air and Radiation) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). With 12 years of industry experience, she has a proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams, leveraging strategic thinking and creative expertise, and managing numerous projects from conception to execution. She is adept in making data-driven decisions to maximize the impact of communications initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals, and effectively partnering with stakeholders. She has provided design and production of marketing collateral and the implementation of comprehensive business development strategies, resulting in increased market share and revenue growth, and expanded the firm’s client base to both private and public sector clients. Georgia’s leadership, strategic planning and multidisciplinary expertise prove she can efficiently deliver impactful communications campaigns, strategies and digital collateral.
Dr. Max Cropper has Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Instructional Technology, and more than 40 years of experience in instructional design and evaluation, test development, process improvement, human performance management, and leadership development. In addition to his work with EnDyna, he has facilitated many presentations and workshops on best-practice instructional strategies based on M. David Merrill’s First Principles of Instruction. He is an Adjunct Faculty Member for St. Thomas University’s Department of Instructional Design and Technology; and is on a Program Advisor Committee for Full Sail University’s Department of Instructional Design and Technology. Dr. Cropper’s has worked for EnDyna for 12 years and is currently working on two contracts for the EPA’s Department of Environmental Justice and External Civil Rights and Technical Assistance for Community Change Grants. Mr. Zachary Fahoury is a skilled Cyber Security Engineer with expertise in vulnerability management, penetration testing, and threat modeling. At IBM, he worked closely with development teams to enhance application security through code reviews, security audits, and risk assessments. His technical expertise, combined with strong communication skills, enables effective collaboration across teams to remediate vulnerabilities efficiently. A Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and CompTIA Security+ certified professional, Zachary holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University. His background includes cybersecurity roles in both the public and private sectors, as well as experience as a System Administrator in the U.S. Marine Corps. Passionate about securing digital infrastructures, Zachary is committed to continuous learning and implementing robust security strategies to mitigate emerging threats.
Ms. Yvonne Fernandez has more than 35 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on developing and implementing quality management, QA/QC. She has performed quality functions at a corporate-, program- and project-level, and has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of quality systems for diverse scopes of work. She has designed, implemented and managed quality systems for numerous environmental restoration, software development, information management, transportation, facilities management, procurement and design and construction projects, and has served as the quality manager for seven large, multi-discipline environmental contracts. Furthermore, Yvonne has direct and relevant experience and success in implementing federal and international quality standards. She has designed and implemented training programs for engineering and management professionals in the areas of Public-Public/Public-Private (P4) Partnerships, quality management, proposal development, contract management, financial management and risk management.
Mr. Tenzin Gonshar is a skilled Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Compliance professional with over 25 years of experience in occupational health and safety, construction safety and facilities compliance management. He oversees a DOD contract involving multiple facilities with environmental health and safety (EHS) programs and construction safety management inclusive of water, indoor air quality (IAQ), asbestos, moisture/mold, and various facility and operational inspections and training. He also acts as the liaison between DOD OSHB and internal DOD stake holders while streamlining technical monitoring approaches and interpreting scientific data results to formulate EHS response actions.
Tenzin served as the EHS subject matter expert for the IMF during the HQ1 renovation project providing strategic leadership and technical expertise for five years under the office of IMF Managing Director. Ge has effectively guided IMF in implementation of COVID-19 mitigation protocols, overseen critical risk assessments, and managed comprehensive EHS programs. His extensive experience includes indoor air quality assessments, emergency response, and environmental compliance. Tenzin has also contributed as an environmental consultant during the 9/11 World Trade Center disaster response for Port Authority of NY & NJ and EPA. Known for his exceptional communication and leadership skills, he excels in delivering high-level management solutions and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance across complex environments.
Mr. Andrew (Andy) Hanson is an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance professional with over 16 years of experience in occupational health and safety and construction safety, focusing on Industrial Hygiene. He has performed multiple projects for a variety of clients, including commercial, residential, and governmental entities such as HUD, NIH, NIST, VA, NOAA, FAA, AOC, and DoD, in the areas of environmental compliance and construction safety. These projects, which included conducting inspections for indoor air quality, asbestos, lead, mold, and facility operations, as well as developing procedures for remediation and training, have established his credibility in the field. Andrew is a Council Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) and a United States Marine Corps veteran.
Ms. Mamta Prakash is a seasoned leader in Finance and Operations and has worked in the field for 20+ years. She has worked directly with organizations as well as a consultant working with over 100 organizations in different capacities. She understands the complexities of running operations and creating policies for hybrid and remote organizations. And the value of a positive work culture which appreciates diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, towards creating a happy and productive work team. She recently moved to McLean, Virgina and is enjoying the fact that there is nothing much to do here!
Mr. Amjad Qureshi is a highly experienced EHS professional with more than 40 years of diverse, leadership, management, and technical experience, as an Allied Health Scientist (Biologist, Chemist, Public/Environmental Health, Medical Technologist and Practitioner), Healthcare Administrator, National Board-Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). Amjad’s over 40 years of directly related experience as a safety specialist includes 34 years working for government facilities/projects. He brings a strong record of integrating effective loss prevention controls and managing risks in operations, administrative programs, and project costs. He is experienced with health care, manufacturing, chemical and shipbuilding sectors, as well as the US federal and international governments. He has served as a career US Naval Officer, Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) Director, and Agency Safety Officer, with government agencies and private companies. Amjad is experienced in policy development and implementation, behavior-based safety, risk management, program evaluations and audits, hazardous chemicals management, performance measurement, public health investigations, hazard analysis, entomology, microbiology, epidemiological studies, research analytics, process improvement, engineering controls, policy development compliance, EHS training, strategic communications, management consulting, project management, contracting, and budget planning.
Dr. Will Rowe brings over 40 years of environmental consulting with Federal agencies including regulatory compliance and enforcement. He is a former EPA Region 6 Superfund Remedial Program Manager and worked with urban and rural communities in Oklahoma and New Mexico, including the Navajo Nation, to address environmental concerns. He worked for the U.S. Geological Survey and EPA, then moved to MITRE Corporation and Booz Allen Hamilton where he supported environmental programs in DoD, DOE, DOI, EPA, and other Federal agencies. He led Booz Allen’s 950-person Infrastructure, Energy and Environment functional community and supported grant- oriented programs within the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment.
Dr. Rowe also volunteers for a variety of local, regional, and national organizations focused on community and military partnerships to address the needs of both. He provides support to the Association of Defense Communities One Military, One Community partnership program focused on workforce development, sustainability, resilience, shared services, inclusion and health. He is on several boards including Blue Star Families, Strategies to Elevate People DC, and the Wilson Foundation for the Performing Arts and Sciences.
Dr. Chi Ho Sham has more than 34 years of experience providing program management and technical support to EPA Office of Water and other organizations to protect drinking water and address water quality issues. He has served in leadership positions at environmental consulting firms such as ICF, The Cadmus Group, Tetra Tech EMI, and ERG, where he planned and implemented strategic programs for clients. Dr. Sham is a skilled manager with decades of first-hand knowledge and understanding of EPA-specific contract requirements and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). He has been appointed to numerous leadership positions in professional organizations and regularly invited to participate in knowledge creation and exchange activities of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), The Water Research Foundation, Ground Water Protection Council, American Water Resources Association, to name a few. In 2020, he was elected as the 140th President (2021 to 2022) of AWWA where he is an active member on a number of technical committees. He was a faculty member of Boston University (1982 to 1992) and an adjunct professor at Clark University (2010 to 2022). He received his BA from the University of Regina in Canada and his MA and PhD from the University at Buffalo.
Mr. Miguel Tuason brings over 20 years of experience in successful creative communications management and a background as a business driver, change agent, process champion, and creative communicator in multi-project management, business processes and proposal development in cross-cultural situations. He has supported client projects at EnDyna since 2012. This includes support to EnDyna’s peer review contract with the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), meeting and conference logistics contracts with the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), as well as its leadership training and management contracts with the US Departments of Defence (DoD) and Transportation (DOT). He has leadership experience in public relations, graphic design, human resources, and marketing communications for leaders in diverse industry niches.
