Hiring Categories

Positions at EnDyna are filled according to one of three categories: employment, contract, or consultation.

Employment: Positions include a competitive salary (paid semi-monthly), annual vacation and federal holidays, employer-contributed medical and dental insurance, and employer-matching 401(k) retirement plan. Eligibility for medical insurance and 401(k) plans begin within the first month of employment.

Contract: All positions are term employment (full-time and part-time depending on nature of the work). The contractor will be supplied with required equipment and software within the scope of work. Contractors are compensated based on an hourly-wage, which may be associated with deliverables. Contractors are not eligible for medical insurance or retirement plans.

Consulting: All positions are term employment (primarily part-time with fluctuating hours depending on nature of the work). The consultant will be required to supply equipment and software within the scope of work. Contractors are compensated based on an hourly-wage, which may be associated with deliverables. Consultants are not eligible for medical insurance or retirement plans.
