Practice Areas

Communication and Outreach

EnDyna assistance to public outreach programs includes: identifying critical outreach messages by providing text for publications; quality assurance review of draft outreach materials; conceptualizing and developing custom graphics and layout for outreach literature; publication and printing of outreach literature. We provide preliminary editorial and technical review of strategies and design and update web sites. In addition, we organize workshops and trainings. This includes organizing, identifying, and providing logistical support for regional/national training and annual conferences. To further strengthen programs, we develop and implement tools to measure the effectiveness of outreach programs and the practices that they promote.

Outreach Products

The ability to communicate technical information effectively to a wide array of audiences is the key to program success. EnDyna supports the outreach and communication efforts of programs within the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council by creating, editing, and publishing all types of documents, including: resource guides, fact sheets, technical guidance, and program briefs.

Communications Strategy

Strategic communication embraces the process of designing and executing an organization's overall communication program directed towards accomplishing their missions, goals, and objectives. Strategic communication is both a process [planning and developing the communication strategies] and a product [the approach to be taken in communicating]. For this work, EnDyna has supported the USEPA Office of Environmental Stewardship Programs and Office of Radiation, and the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council (ITRC).
